I love this bar. It's my favorite local spot and one of the few open all year long. The food is great bar food. Simple, well-cooked and you can get burgers and fries for less than McDonald's. It's cozy and welcoming. Every time I'm there I meet someone new with fun stories to tell. Great place. (Skip Bob and Ruth's and go here!)
Friendly bartender. I ordered the tavern plate. I wish they had told me ahead of time there's tuna in their mac salad because I would have ordered something different. But their meat sauce is very good. Beers were cheap too!

Not a lot of options around town for bar food and cold affordable drinks....Definitely a what you see is what you get kind of place, and I'm ok with that! Smaller place with a simple small bar...lot's of locals that are very friendly. One of the best bacon cheeseburgers I have ever had! The fish sandwich was awesome too, I recommend asking for well done fries. Pitcher of beer is a great option as well. Prices are extremely reasonable here.
